phase outlet and could be damaging to your three phase equipment.

Determine Your Load Type
When knowing your
applications for phase
converters you will need to know what load each
application takes for sizing purposes. Loads for are determined by four categories which are inductive,
resistive, CNC, or motor type loads. If and when it is a motor load you must
determine if it is a 1, 2, 3 or 4 type.
Applications for Phase Converters can all be used
with mixed loads also. In other words, you can basically run motor
loads with resistive and or inductive loads (type 5) on the same phase
converter at the same time. It is not advisable to run any CNC
equipment with the motor loads, resistive and inductive loads on the same
phase converter at the same time.
When determining your applications for phase
converters please note that CNC loads should always be operated on their
own separate phase converter.
